Important Notice: Due to coronavirus, we are seeing delays our shipping logistics partners have notified us that packages are likely delayed. If you have a question about your order, do not hesitate to contact us.

1. What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).

Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.
2. Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.

Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

To make changes to your order, please reach out to support through the helpdesk.
3. How long does it take to ship my order?
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery.

Standard shipping time to the United States can take up to 10 business days.
4. Do you offer fast shipping?
We only offer one standard shipping rate at the moment ($4.95)
5. How can I track my package?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

6. I did not receive my entire order.
We use a variety of suppliers and warehouses in order to offer a wide selection of products. If you had multiple items in your order they may ship separately and you will receive separate tracking numbers for each corresponding shipment. 
7. The Tracking says delivered but I did not receive them item.
Most of our shipments are delivered with USPS. In some cases, USPS marks the order as delivered before it actually gets to your door. While it is unusual, we have seen shipments show delivered and then arrive 2 days later. If you still have not received a shipment that shows delivered, please file a Help Request with USPS and they will help sort it out.
