1. Take no salary
Trump promised in 2016 that if he were elected President, he would not take a single penny as a salary to serve our country. He said “If I’m elected President, I’m accepting no salary.” Trump has held true to his promise and has not taken any money as a salary while serving as Commander-in-Chief.
2. Keep Guantanamo Bay Open
Trump promised to keep Guantanamo Bay Detention Center running as part of his campaign. He said: “We’re going to keep, as you know, Gitmo, we’re keeping that open." The controversial prison site has remained up and running since Trump took office.
3. Merry Christmas, not Happy Holidays
In 2016, Trump said: "If I become president, we're going to be saying Merry Christmas at every store. You can leave (happy holidays) at the corner. ...Other religions can do what they want.”
This has widely remained the norm in the US around December, where it is generally the customary tradition to hear and say Merry Christmas in America.
4. Fix the economy
Trump promised to boost our economy and bring back American jobs. He has kept his word as we are seeing a historically low unemployment rate, all-time high GDP growth, and a surge in manufacturing jobs. Trump has taken our economy to new levels after taking the reigns from Obama.
5. Build the wall
Trump promised to build the wall along the border of the US and Mexico to protect our country and keep dangerous illegal immigrants away from our communities. In recent times, Trump has kept this promise by adding 11 additional miles to the US-Mexico border in California. Reinforcements have also been added to strengthen security along various areas of the wall. Trump has even go as far as contracting some private companies to construct parts of the wall.

Trump in fact veto and unsign Obama;s gun executive order from 2016 when he took office. The order made it so that the Social Security Administration had to release information of mentally ill recipients of Social Security benefits. This data would further be used in background checks with the intention to prohibit mentally ill people from buying firearms.
